Annual Leave 


You’ll start with 22 days of annual leave + public holidays, increasing by one per year up to a maximum of 27 days.

 

Corporate Social Responsibility 

 

All employees are given 2 days per year to volunteer for CSR activities in the local community – this could be wrapping Christmas presents, planting gardens for local schools, or hosting a party for Holbeck Elderly Aid Party.

We are keen to help employees take care of their health and wellbeing, now and in later life, by offering a healthcare cash plan to help take care of medical bills. We offer childcare vouchers, helping you with the cost of childcare. We also run an in-house scheme to enable you to purchase a bike through the company as a salary sacrifice, saving money and increasing your health & wellbeing (if you ride it, of course!).
