We offer an annual profit share scheme, designed to recognise the above and beyond work that Arena employees do on a daily basis.
Rewards and Recognition
Arena Group recognises and rewards employees for outstanding work and going the extra mile.
You’ll start with 22 days of annual leave + public holidays, increasing by one per year up to a maximum of 27 days.
All employees are given 2 days per year to volunteer for CSR activities in the local community – this could be wrapping Christmas presents, planting gardens for local schools, or hosting a party for Holbeck Elderly Aid Party.
A Contributory Standard Life Pension Scheme and Healthcare Cash Plan
We are keen to help employees take care of their health and wellbeing, now and in later life, by offering a healthcare cash plan to help take care of medical bills. We also offer an Employee Assistance Programme to ensure that all staff can confidentially talk to someone about any issues they are facing, inside or outside of work, 24/7 and 365 days a year.
Rewards for exceptional attendance (up to £250 per year).
Once a year, top performers are invited to a 5* weekend abroad along with their partners for their amazing contribution to the business.
We have a busy social calendar which includes team away days, an annual conference hosted in the UK with overnight stay for you and your partner, and a great Christmas party each year.
Our head office is based just off the M621 / M1 in the quiet town of Robin Hood, which allows ample free parking and access to the surrounding area.
Childcare Vouchers & Cycle to Work Scheme
We offer childcare vouchers, helping you with the cost of childcare. We also run an in-house scheme to enable you to purchase a bike through the company as a salary sacrifice, saving money and increasing your health & wellbeing (if you ride it, of course!).
