Plans for celebrating 25th take flight
Arena started out in October 1991, driven by a commitment to create a commercially successful business selling and servicing photocopiers built on a foundation of outstanding customer service. This was a distinctive business model in an industry blighted at that time by poor sales practices and service.
From a workshop in Hunslet, Leeds with 10 employees, Arena Group has grown to over 160 employees, an annual turnover of £19 million and offices across the North of England and the Midlands.
Arena has also embraced emerging technologies adding software development to its portfolio and purchasing Mitral in 2006 to enable customers’ to manage documents digitally and streamline their organisation’s workflows and paper-led processes. Its aim to put customers at the heart of the business continues to ensure satisfaction levels of over 98%.
“Our business has been built on a foundation of granite which has been around doing what’s in the best interest of our staff and our customers,” Adrian Fitzpatrick, Arena Group’s Managing Director explains. “It’s the people and the culture that make Arena really special. We’ve been lucky to get together a big group of people who share our values, operate to the highest standards both professionally and ethically, and are committed to looking after our customers.”
